Shipping Information for the US and US Territories

Currently we use the United States Post Office for out shipment with delivery confirmation on each order. UPS is available upon request, however they will be calculated on a case by case basis. Insurance is available on each item and must be purchased for each, you can choose which items you want insured saving you money!

* Free shipping on all orders totaling $150.00(usd) or more excluding shipping costs at time of checkout. This is a limited time offer and subject to termination at any time.  Orders that exceed 35 lbs are not eligible for this promotion, most orders do not commonly reach that weight. If interested in bulk purchases please contact us for possible discounts.

Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified.
2.) We will only substitute items with your permission if they differ greatly from the original item description.

Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 2:00 PM CST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.

Return Policy:

1) All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Hobbykins representative. Please contact us to obtain an RMA # prior to shipping the item back. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be denied delivery.

2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20% restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Mechanical, physical defects or warranties from the manufacturer must be handled by the buyer, Hobbykins will do what we can to help with problems or disputes. We inspect all products for visible quality issue prior to shipping

3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.

4) Product can be returned to Hobbykins within 15 days of sale.

5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for merchandise costs, shipping costs are not refundable.

6) All returns must be returned to Hobbykins postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer.

7) Special orders or closeouts  and some hand tools may not be eligible for return.

8) Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason.

Payments Methods
    We currently accept payments from Paypal,  All major credit cards and mail order/money orders. We do not accept cash or COD payments. Personal or business checks will be accepted on a case by case basis, depending on your credit history with sportsandhome.com
